NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its November 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider an ordinance approving a development agreement for a property located at approximately 2415 West 1250 South (Iron Horse RDO). The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its November 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Mixed Use (MU) in the vicinity of 2300 W Cross Hollow Road (Iron Horse RDO). The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its November 4, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-21 adding procedures for uses not in the current use table. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
