A public meeting will be held for the following item: - A petition to the Planning Commission for Conditional Use Permit approval for a Child Care Center. The applicants is Liana Lopez. The project is located at 1111 W 3300 S. A public hearing will be held for the following items: - A petition to the Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the City Council for a text amendment to Section 7.03.010 to add 'Child Care Center' as a conditional use within the JRNC District. The applicant is Liana Lopez. - A petition to the Planning Commission to create a one-lot subdivision containing 0.611 acres from three metes-and-bounds parcels located at 3205 S State Street, 132 E 3185 S, and 136 E 3185 S. The applicant is Anthony Limantzakis. - A petition to the South Salt Lake Planning Commission to forward a positive recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council for the approval of a development agreement for property located at 3205 S State St, in South Salt Lake, that would allow the development of parking lot improvements, without meeting certain requirements of Title 17, the Land Use and Development section of the South Salt Lake City Municipal Code.
