- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 52 of 2026 The Salt Lake City Council, at its October 6, 2026, meeting, adopted an ordinance amending the zoning of the City-owned properties at approximately 237 and 239 South 1000 East from SR-3 (Special Development Pattern Residential District) and R-2 (Single- and Two-Family Residential District) to PL (Public Lands District). The property is currently occupied by the 10th East Senior Center and Victory Park. The amendments align the zoning to match the existing public use. This project is within Council District 4.
