- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE An Amendment to the Eastern Summit County Development Code Section: Creating Section 11-2-7: Traffic Impact Study Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 11-5-3 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act on an amendment to the Eastern Summit County Development Code. The purpose is to create regulations detailing when a transportation impact study would be required as part of a development permit.
