- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AN AMENDMENT TO THE SNYDERVILLE BASIN DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDING SECTION 10-4-10 TO ADD SUBSECTION L, TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 10-7-3 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act on an amendment to the Snyderville Basin Development Code. The purpose is to create regulations detailing when a transportation impact study would be required as part of a development permit.
