SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 53 of 2026 The Salt Lake City Council, at its October 6, 2026, meeting, adopted an ordinance that amends Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code pertaining to the Affordable Housing Incentives (AHI). This ordinance removes reference to the Consolidated Fee Schedule (CFS) and adds the associated fines directly to Chapter 21A.20 of the zoning code. This applies to any property utilizing the City's Affordable Housing Incentives program.
