HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2026, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay's temporary location 3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek UT The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed amendment to the Holladay Zone Map. The property owner has filed an application proposing to change the land use zone at 2221 East Murray Holladay Road from the current 'P' zone (Public) to the PO zone (Professional Office). The change will enable professional office uses as per Holladay Ord. §13.100. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. To make a public comment during any public hearing, you can: (1) attend in person at Holladay City Hall, or (2) email your comments by 5:00 pm on the date of the meeting to scarlson@holladayut.gov CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
