Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is herby given that the Fillmore City Council of Fillmore, Utah will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:40 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Steet in Fillmore, to consider amending the Fillmore City code relating to General Commercial zone height restrictions. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Contact Information: Kevin Orton, City Recorder 435-743-5233. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
