- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS Proposed Zone Change The Iron County Planning Commission and Iron County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled meetings: Planning Commission (recommendation on the zone change): Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 5:30 PM Festival Hall (105 N 100 E (2nd floor), Cedar City, Utah). County Commission meeting: Monday, November 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM Iron County Courthouse (68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah). The hearings are to receive public comment on an application for a proposed zone change from Agriculture 20 Acre (A-20) to Industrial (I) on approximately 40 acres Applicant: Karman Space & Defense Owner: Aaron Sevy Representative: Robert Behunin SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 36, T33S, R9W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT - Located at approximately 2700 N and Kane Springs Road, Parowan, UT 84761; APN: C-0753-0002-0000 All interested persons are invited to attend.
