PUBLIC NOTICE
The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows:

1.Discussion: Discussion regarding Green Wheel Tire Recycling, located at 167 N. Old Lincoln Highway, in the Light Manufacturing and Distribution (M-D) zoning district.
2.Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Recommendation: Recommendation of proposed amendments to Chapters 2, 8, and 16 of the Grantsville Land Use Ordinance to establish Advanced Technology and Data Infrastructure Center as a new conditional use in the MG and MG-EX zoning districts.
3.Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Consideraton: Consideration of a proposed Conditional Use Permit for an Animal Encounters Facility located at 31 N Cloward Court, within the R-1-21 zoning district.
4.Approval of the minutes from the October 20, 2026 Planning Commission Regular Meeting.
