NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
1. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed Development Agreement for the Chapel Row project, including 20 single family residential lots and an agricultural preservation parcel with seasonal produce stand on 15.72 acres at 3515 West 13800 South (Application 2026-26)

In addition to attendance at the Planning Commission, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate:
1. View meeting on the City's website at www.bluffdale.gov.
2. Email your comments to planningmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov for the Planning Commission and include 'Chapel Row' in the subject line of the email. Please send your email before 4:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to ensure delivery to the Planning Commission.
