- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council has adopted the following Ordinances and Resolutions on October 7, 2026 and October 21, 2026 O-26-14 An Ordinance rezoning 657 West Factory from Agricultural to R-1. R-26-28 A Resolution in regard for the GOEO Grant. R-26-29 A Resolution approving and amending a restated agreement between Garland City and Clint R. Munns and Brenda M. Munns. R-26-30 A Resolution for property disposition of 36 East Factory Street. A Copy of the Resolutions and Ordinances are attached at the Public Notice Website.
