Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:
- A request to amend the Zoning Map for approximately 0.24 acres at 14402 South 1690 West from R4 Residential to NC Neighborhood Commercial, along with a request for a Development Agreement.
In addition to attendance at the Planning Commission meeting, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate:

2. Email your comments to planningmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov for the Planning Commission and include 'Condo Plat' in the subject line of the email.
