ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, October 26th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Public Hearing 6:00p.m. Public Hearing to gather input from residents and interested parties regarding proposed changes and adoption of the following: The Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance Amendments II. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Business KC and Karrie Ford revisit Building Permit Information Discussion and possible recommendation of the Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance Amendments Review of current conditional use permits Review building permit applications Other business III. Adjourn.
