Description/Agenda: NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing Hyde Park City Council will hold two public hearings 1- Ordinance 2026-27 - An Ordinance annexing 61 acres as requested by Nixon & Nixon Inc. (Parcels 08-123-0003 and 04-003-0001) 2- A Development Agreement for the Aspen Grove Subdivision. The Hyde Park Council Public Hearing Information: Date: Tuesday November 10, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: 113 East Center. A public hearing is a statutory requirement for some land use decisions. At a public hearing, members of the public are provided a reasonable opportunity to provide factual testimony on the subject of the hearing. Send written comment to: donja.w@hpcutah.gov
