ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CENTERVILLE CITY CENTERVILLE, UTAH CITY HALL ELECTRICAL UPGRADES General Notice Centerville City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City Hall Electrical Upgrades Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, until Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time. The Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 p.m. local time on November 17, 2026, at Centerville City Hall. The Project includes the following Work: Installation and connection of Contractor-furnished electrical service entrance switchboard for the existing City Hall; replacement of two Contractor-furnished automatic transfer switches; coordination of the electrical utility cutover with the Owner and utility; and associated civil, grading, paving, and mechanical work as described in the Contract Documents. Bids are requested for a single prime, stipulated-sum Contract for the City Hall Electrical Upgrades. The Project has an expected completion date of June 30, 2027. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: SKM Engineering 533 W 2600 S, Suite 25, Bountiful, UT 84010 The Contract Documents are available through QuestCDN at questcdn.com. Prospective Bidders may locate and obtain the Contract Documents by searching for Quest Number 10393514. A $25 fee is required for bidding contractors to download the Contract Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN or the Issuing Office. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 10am at 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Instructions to Bidders.
