PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - October 13, 2026.
PUBLIC MEETING
1. Black Sage Plaza - CONDITIONAL USE
Brian Holt (Applicant) is requesting conditional use permit for Tattooing, so tenant may operate a tattooing business on the property. The property is located at approximately 1975 North Main Street.
2. Lindquist Memorial Park Subdivision - PLAT AMENDMENT
Washington Heights Corporation (Applicant) is requesting to amend Lot 5 of the Mount Air Estates Subdivision to combine it with the existing Lindquist mortuary and cemetery property and separate the mortuary and cemetery properties into separate parcels. The property is located at 1072 North Fairfield Road.
3. East Gate Business Park Subdivision - 4th Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT
Hunter Blake (Applicant), representing JL Ventures LLC, is requesting to amend the northern portion of the East Gate Business Park Subdivision affecting Lot 111. The property is located at approximately 3900 North Fairfield Road.
4. Strong Office Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Chase Strong (Applicant) is requesting preliminary plat approval for a single-lot commercial subdivision under the M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning district. The property is located at approximately 2085 North Fort Lane.
