- Fall Planning Retreat Agenda High Valley Transit District October 29-30, 2026 NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees will meet for a planning workshop on the afternoon of Thursday, October 29, 2026 and all day on Friday, October 30, 2026 in person only at the High Valley Transit Campus at 1570 Sego Lily Way, Park City, Utah 84098. Public comment may also be submitted until 12 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 via email at hi@hvtutah.gov. No public comment will be taken. Tentative schedule Thursday, October 29, 2026, 12PM - 3:30PM Friday, October 30, 2026, 9:30AM - 3:30PM, with Manager's proposed budget presentation at approximately 1PM. Members of the Board, presenters, and members of the public may attend and fully participate by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video).
