NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE FROM RESIDENTIAL-1 (R1) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Parowan City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Parowan City Council Chambers, located at 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, Utah, to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change for the property located at approximately 1660 W. 325 S., owned by J. Clair Morris and Suzanne C. Morris (Parcel No. A-0505-0003-0000). The property owner has requested that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 (R-1) to General Commercial (GC). Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed zone change. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was mailed and posted this 22nd day of October, 2026.
