Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET HEARING All people residing within the area served by the Ashley Valley Water Reclamation Facility are hereby notified that the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board will hold a public hearing for the Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2027. This hearing will be held November 10th, 2026, at the Vernal City Office located at 374 E. Main Street, Vernal, UT beginning at 5:00 pm prior to the regular scheduled monthly meeting. All persons concerned with this matter being presented before the Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board are invited to attend. A copy of the 2027 Tentative Budget can be obtained starting November 5th, 2026, by contacting Dean Gibbs, General Manager, at (435)-789-9805.
