Brigham City, UT Advertisement for Bid Eagle Mountain Golf Cart Bid 2026 Brigham City Corporation is accepting proposals for the purchase of SEVENTY-FIVE (75) Electrical Golf Cars. RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be received at the City Recorders office, Brigham City Corporation, located at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah, until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2026 OPENING OF BIDS: The bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2026 in the Council Chambers of Brigham City Corporation. OBTAINING BID SPECIFICATIONS: Bid Specifications may be obtained at the Brigham City Public Works Office, 980 West Forest Street, Brigham City, UT 84302, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For complete bid documents, please see: https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities WAITING PERIOD BEFORE AWARD: A waiting period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of opening of bids to award of contract may be required. Bidders shall assume full responsibility for and shall guarantee the bid price during this period and make certain the time period is stated in and does not restrict the proposal guarantee. BID ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this purchase prior to the opening of the bids, shall be directed to Chris Marx Eagle Mountain Golf Professional. It shall be understood, however, that no specification will be made by telephone, nor will any 'or equal' products be considered for approval prior to award of contract. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
