Description/Agenda: LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission/City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday November 12, 2026 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on Pleasant Plains Master Development Agreement (MDA) Cole West Land Partners, LLC. Located along the Dixie Creek and First and Second Salt Creek corridors, bordered in part by 3900 West 4200 West and crossed by the Little Mountain Rail trail (approximately 1,536 acres). More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the city at the same address as above, you can also email your comments to tammyf@plaincityutah.gov. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
