Items on the consent agenda may be pulled for separate consideration. a. Approval of Meeting Minutes - September 22, 2026 General City Management Heather White, Deputy City Recorder 3. ACTION ITEMS Items in this section are to be acted upon individually. A report will be given on these items. a. PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) Update Land Use (Legislative) Ryan Selee, Staff Engineer The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider proposed updates to the Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) as required by the Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4). b. PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: Ridgeview PD Amendment - Street-Side Fencing Land Use (Legislative) Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider whether to amend the Ridgeview Planned Development to allow street-side privacy fencing for corner property in the Townhome, Carriage, and Cottage pods to be on property line, rather than 14 feet from curb. 4. COMMUNICATION ITEMS Items in this section are for notification and update. No final action will be taken. ADJOURNMENT In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
