Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 7:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Follow up on Building Permits. B. Conditional Use Permits. C. Discussion on ordinance changes as discussed in previous meetings. D. Review of potential Subdivisions. E. Annexations Procedures. F. Other Issues from Commission Members. G. Discussion on General Plan Update. 6. Training. 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
