Description/Agenda: EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Eagle Mountain City Council may be present on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at 2441 E. Cedar Drive, Eagle Mountain, UT, during which the City Council will attend the Eagle Mountain City Youth Council Teen Trunk or Treat. No official City business will be conducted, and no formal discussion or decisions will take place. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice of quorum was posted on this 21st day of October, 2026, on the Eagle Mountain City bulletin boards, the Eagle Mountain City website www.eaglemountain.gov, and posted to the Utah State Public Notice website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Lacie A.
