The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel under consideration is 6033-B, sized at 1.030 acres. Parcel 6033-B is approximately located in the Pinto Townsite, Block 14, Lot 1, in the Pintura area. The applicants are Kent & Karla McArthur.
