VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED REZONE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2026 AT 6:00 PM VERNAL CITY HALL - COUNCIL CHAMBERS 374 E MAIN ST, VERNAL, UT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vernal City Council will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers, located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, to consider a request to approve the following: Proposed Rezone Request - 2026-041-REZ, Ordinance 2026-30, submitted Jacob Speirs representing Everbuilt LLC to rezone the following properties: Address: 1315 West 500 North, 1189 West 500 North, and 381 North 1250 West, Vernal, UT Parcel Numbers: 05:006:0012, 05:006:0013, 05:005:0029 Current Zoning: R-1 Residential Zone (VMC Section 16.36 ) Proposed Zoning: R-3 Residential Zone (VMC Section 16.42) Property Owner : Everbuilt LLC All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comment regarding this request. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting to the Vernal City Recorder, 374 East Main, Vernal, UT 84078. To be included in the public record, written comments should be received no later than November 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Each written objection filed with the municipality will be provided to the municipal legislative body for consideration. Additional information regarding this application is available for review at the Vernal City offices during regular business hours. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these meetings should notify Sara Bell at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255.
