Description/Agenda: October 20, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sevier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the first draft of the Data Center Ordinance.The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at the Sevier County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, Richfield, Utah. This information can be found on our website at: sevier.utah.gov or will be available at the Sevier County Building and Zoning Department during normal office hours.
