- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Fox Hollow Regional Park Master Plan Update Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Saratoga Springs (hereinafter the 'City') is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Landscape Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or multidisciplinary firms to provide professional planning, conceptual design, public engagement, grading, and cost estimating services for the Fox Hollow Regional Park Master Plan Update. - Procurement Date - 10/20/26 - Pre-Proposal Meeting / Site Visit -10/29/26 @ 11 am - Deadline for Questions - 11/12/2026 @ 11 am through U3P - Closing Due Date - 11/18/2026 @ 11 am - Evaluation of Proposals - 12/8/2026 - Selection/Award of RFP - 12/9/2026 - Final Master Plan Completed - 4/9/2027 All proposals shall be submitted in PDF format through the U3P website and by the due date indicated above.
