- Administrative Land Use Authority (ALUA) Agenda -October 21st, 2026 - 1:30 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Drive, Providence UT 84332 Persons wishing to comment on agenda items may email their comments to providencecityutah@gmail.com Call to Order: Skarlet Bankhead, Chair Approval of the Minutes: The Administrative Land Use Authority will approve the minutes of the last meeting, which was held on October 14th, 2026. (MINUTES) Items: Item No. 1 Okenye Holding LLC Conditional Use: The ALUA will consider and may take action on a conditional use application filed by Okenye Holding LLC, dba Emmalee Clinic, providing telemed services to clients seeking prescription weight loss medication, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, nutrition supplements, weight loss medications; and in the future peptides, IV hydration and vitamin shots. The business will be located in Serenity Suites, 1670 S HWY 165, Providence UT. Item No. 2 Lauren Tree for Cache Health Conditional Use: The ALUA will consider and may take action on a conditional use application filed by Lauren Tree for Cache Health, providing affordable, accessible outpatient medical and wellness services including: IV hydration, vitamin therapy, blood draws, outpatient medical visits, and retail sales of vitamins and nutritional supplements.
