- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Ash Creek Special Service District Board will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, the 22nd day of October 2026, at the Ash Creek SSD Office, 1350 S. Sand Hollow Rd. Hurricane, Utah 84737 Commencing at 6:00 PM 1. Call to Order Dan Catlin 2. Kelly Wilson Prayer & Pledge 3. Public comments: Public Participation (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to go to the podium, state their name for the record, and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or no longer than three (3) minutes. 4. Board comments and declaration of conflicts of interest. 5. Discussion and approval of minutes from the September 24, 2026, meeting. 6. Fay Reber 10 minutes Discussion of legal matters. 7. Darrel Humphries 15 minutes Review of the 2026 amended and 2027 preliminary budgets 8. Michael Chandler 20 minutes a. Discussion and possible motion approving MOU with Hurricane Valley Fire District. b. Discussion and possible motion approving an agreement with Litehouse, Inc. for wastewater discharge c. Discussion and possible motion approving changes to the Silver Cliffs MOU. d. Superintendent's report on other operational matters.
