- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN TOWN COUNCIL MEETING October 21, 2026 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review, Discuss & Approve: Minutes - September 16, 2026 3. Review, Discuss & Approve: Monthly Financials - September 2026 4. Department and Council Member Reports: - David Nielson (Roads) - Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) - Ron Cropper (Parks) - Joe Reynolds (Water) - Mayor Gary Barney - 5. Review & Discuss: Dan Bruse clarification regarding conveyance fee 6. Review, Discuss & Approve: Contract with Jones & DeMille 7. Review, Discuss & Accept: CIB Funding 8. Review, Discuss & Approve: Water Rate Structure 9. Review & Discuss & Approve: Amending water ordinance and move to set for Public Hearing in November 10. Review, Discuss & Approve: Updates with Josh Christner, Town Attorney - Canal conversion - status 11.
