Description/Agenda: The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on October 6, 2026: Ordinance 2026-21 amending the official zoning map of Midway City to rezone approximately 12 acres south of Main Street from the C-2 commercial zone to the C-3 commercial zone; directing revision of the official zoning map; and providing for severability and an effective date. Ordinance 2026-22 amending Midway City Municipal Code Section 2.07.010 and 2.07.020 to establish two alternate members of the Vision Architectural Committee; designate the City Council as the land use authority for commercial architectural review; and provide for severability and an effective date.
