Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel.

2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation
3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers
4. Public Comments (3 minutes each)
5. PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed annexation of approximately 21.48 acres of real property, referred to as the Daveco LLC Annexation, into Parowan City's incorporated limits. The 21.48 acres of real property is located approximately at 325 N 600 W, which includes parcels C-0945-0007-0000 and C-0945-0006-0000
6. PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed annexation of approximately 60.41 acres of real property, referred to as the Heritage Hills Holdings Annexation, into Parowan City's incorporated limits. The 60.41 acres of real property is located approximately at Charis Road and 950 S, which includes parcels C-1059-0021-0000 and C-1059-0005-0004
