- NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council at its meeting of October 14, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-19 - Chapter 17.80, Hillside Protection Overlay Zone, enacting a new chapter 17.80, Sensitive Lands Overlay Zone. 2. Ordinance No. 2026-20 - An Ordinance to approve Planned Development Commercial (PDC) zone amendment and Site Plan for Lot 1 of Silverado Santa Clara Subdivision Partial Amendment 'B' (Commercial) for a Utah First Credit Union office building, affecting parcel no. SC-SILS-1-PT-B. 3. Ordinance No. 2026-21 - An Ordinance to approve a Planned Development Residential (PDR) zone amendment and Site Plan application for a permanent maintenance facility at Black Desert Planned Community, affecting the southern portion of parcel no. SC-6-2-9-440. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinance may be seen at the office of the Santa Clara City Recorder, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. Posted 10/19/26
