(Suggested Motion) I move to approve the Real Estate Purchase Agreement and associated addenda for the acquisition of property for the Lewiston City sewer project at a purchase price of $20,500 per acre, with the final acreage and total purchase price to be determined by the completed survey, subject to available funding, satisfactory due diligence, and legal review. I further move to authorize the Mayor to execute the necessary closing documents consistent with the approved agreement.
