Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Planning Commission and to the public
that the Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM at
Hildale City Hall, 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784.
Members of the Planning Commission may be participating electronically by video or telephone
conference.
Comments during the public comment or public hearing portions of the meeting may be emailed to
recorder@hildalecity.gov. All comments sent before the meeting may be read during the meeting,
and messages or emails sent during the meeting may be read at the Chair's discretion.
Agenda items and any variables thereto are set for consideration, discussion, approval, or other action. Agenda is subject
to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The Commission will receive public comments during a Public Hearing concerning a request to rezone parcel number HD-SHCR-9-28 from Public Facility (PF) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone.
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission forward a POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION to the City
Council for APPROVAL of the zone change from PF (Public Facilities) to NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) for Parcel HD-SHCR-9-28, 325 E Newel Avenue.
7. Redwood Street - Rezone . Public hearing and consideration
The Commission will receive public comments during a Public Hearing concerning a request to rezone parcel numberHD-SHCR-4-4 from Residential Agriculture 1 (RA-1) to Residential Multifamily 2
(RM-2) Zone.
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission forward a POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION to the City
Council for APPROVAL of the zone change from Residential Agriculture 1 (RA-1) to Residential
Multifamily 2 (RM-2) Zone.
