ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CLINTON CITY CORPORATION CLINTON, UTAH 2026 Water Line Replacement Project Clinton City (Owners) are requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 Water Line Replacement Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Clinton City Public Works Shop located at 1711 W 1740 N until November 17, 2026 at 11:00 am local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be hand delivered to the Clinton City Public Works Shop prior to the bid opening. The project includes the following work: Installation of approximately 4,000 feet of 8'-12' PVC water line with related fittings and appurtenances Installation of a PRV vault Installation of temporary asphalt patching The project includes a base bid (schedule A) and two additive bids (Schedule B & C). Schedule A is expected to be substantially complete by April 15, 2027 with final completion by May 15, 2027. Schedule B and Schedule C are expected to be substantially complete by June 1, 2027 with final completion by June 30, 2027. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be made available on October 16, 2026 and can be found at Quest CDN (https://www.questcdn.com) under the project: 2026 Water Line Replacement Project, Quest Number 10294560 A pre-bid conference will be held on November 3rd, 2026 at 1:00 pm local time at the Clinton City Public Works Shop. Pre-bid conference attendance is suggested but not mandatory. This project is partially funded by the EPA and requires compliance with federal regulations. Clinton City encourages participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) in accordance with 40 CFR Part 33.
