- South Summit Elementary Community School Council Agenda September 22, 2026 Welcome and call to order: Council Members: Ronda Bristol, Rebecca Jensen, Nicole Nickerson, Betty Morin, Sara Lynch, Paige Mitchell, Caitlin Miller Members Present: First Meeting/No minutes to Approve: Celebrations: Action Item 1: Elect Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary Approve meeting dates for 2026-27 Future meetings are proposed for the second Monday of almost every month except December and April. Dates must be approved and published on the website. Meeting schedule is proposed as follows: October 12, 2026, November 9, 2026, January 11, 2027, February 8, 2027, March 8, 2027, If necessary, April 12, 2027. Motion to approve meeting schedule by....... Second by..... Discussion regarding Community Council Rules of Order and Procedure. Motion to adopt Rules of Order and Procedure for 2026-2027 school year..... Second by....... Action Item 2: Discuss last year's plan for this year. Review TSSA for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year. Action Item 3: Required training in November. Action Item 4: Community Feedback: Action Item 5: Ideas for goals for next year: Action Item 6: Other concerns/ideas/suggestions: Meeting adjourned:
