Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday,
October 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (UT), Big Water Municipal
Corporation will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at Town Hall,
located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, 84741.
PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S:
Amending the Fiscal Year Budget 2026-2027 to:
- Appropriate $46,927.36 (remaining amount)- Kane County Recreation & Transportation Special Service District Grant (Picnic Pavilion Project)
- Appropriate $3,716 from PITF fire account in donations for the SCBA's
- Adding $1,500-State Grant from Social Connections
- Adding $190,476.19 a grant from the Department of Homeland Security for Assistance to Firefighters grant
At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a reasonable amount of time to comment.
