OCTOBER 20, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE LAND USE AUTHORITY AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Meeting for a Special Exception Variances on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. in the Conference Room in the City Hall Building located at 70 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, virtually on Microsoft Teams (https://teams.live.com/free | Meeting ID: 252 922 461 036 825 | Password: ZJ2xf6GF). FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Meeting: Special Exception Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width in Single-Family Residential Zones (North Field Neighborhood) Public meeting to consider a request from Deny Farnsworth for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width in Single-Family Residential Zones. The applicant is requesting to apply the provisions of Section 2-4-7-B: Historical Property Special Exceptions to permit the subdivision of a deep, narrow parcel located at 1398 N 600 W in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
