Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 29, 2026,, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following : Adopting section 17.08.030 and 17.08.040 under regulations applicable to more than one zone to provide for soft surface parking and junk regulating the zoning map for a certain parcel; adopting the concept plan; and amending the O-1 zone. .Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
