- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-8 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 13, 2026, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2026-8, an ordinance regarding connection and usage of surplus culinary, drinking water for agriculture, stock, or other uses outside of the city limits for purposes other than domestic dwellings for human habitation and related matters. The ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 2026, following publication of this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldcity.com. /s/ Michele Jolley City Recorder
