- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday October 29, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Commission Chambers (Historic Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah) to receive input on the following proposed petition(s): PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT Z26-026, Request for a zone change of all unzoned areas to AHZ (Agricultural Heritage Zone) or M-G (General Industrial). This affects all unzoned areas of unincorporated Box Elder County. Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of these petitions may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse. Any questions should be directed to Scott Lyons, Community Development Director @ 435-734-3316.
