- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discuss Data for General Fund vs Contract Cities 2. Discuss a request to locate approximately 3 acres of open space within the Riverbend Farms cluster Subdivision Phase 1 3. Discuss Bennet Addition #1 Rezone: a request to adding property (rezone) to the adopted Bennet Master Planned Community 4. Discuss Riverbend Farms Rezone: a request to rezone Phases 3 and 4 to the R1-15 zone and potentially the open space to the O-1 zone 5. Discuss Willow Village Rezone: a request to rezone the old Barn at Terakee Village Phase 2 property 15.9 acres to the FB zone, and to consider rezoning Phase 1 and associated open space area to the FB and O-1 zones 6. Discuss Wagstaff-Nilson (South) Rezone: a request to rezone property north and west of the 400 South and 3600 West intersection from the A-1/A-2 zone to the R1-15 zone 7. Discuss Sidewalk Budget Transfer 8. Weber Center Cleaning Contract Update 9.
