- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Cache Open Space Advisory Committee will conduct a SITE VISIT starting at 2:00 p.m. in Cache County on MONDAY, October 19th, 2026. Since this is a site visit, no YouTube livestream or audio of the visit will be available. Agenda 1. 2:00 pm - Meet applicant and BRLC representative by access gate near 2301 East Canyon Road past Avon on the way to Porcupine Dam. 2. 3:30 pm - Meet applicant at East end of Eagle View Drive on cul-de-sac in Providence. Meeting Schedule Cache County will not be providing transportation to the site other than for COSAC Committee Members and County Staff. Any residents and/or members of the public desiring to attend the site visit are welcome to meet at the Courthouse at 1:20 p.m. and follow in their personal automobile, or they may meet at the location specified above. (Please note that due to construction activities scheduled on Center Street, we are advised to access the property via 600 North). Next regular meeting is anticipated to be scheduled for Monday, November 2nd, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the Cache County Council Chambers, 199 N Main St., Logan, UT.
