AMENDED NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony CL 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider a request from Lyle Riggs to amend the General Plan for the property at 908 East Main (Tax ID #11-093-0040, 11-093-0035 and 11-093-0012), to change the zoning designation from Residential Open Space 1 Acre (ROS-1) to Residential Open Space 1/2 Acre (ROS-1/2) 9. City Council - Discuss sending out a Founders Day Vendor Evaluations for 2026. 10. Department reports 11.
