- AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency will hold a Regular Meeting commencing at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday October 21, 2026 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may participate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER A. Approve Minutes from September 16, 2026 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Renewal of BEAR Contract #26-02 Between the Chamber and Box Elder County-Monica Holdaway 3.
