A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A RIGHT-OF-WAY NEAR YOU
What: A County Council public hearing to consider an ordinance to vacate a public right-of-way.
When: November 10, 2026, 5:30 p.m.
Where: 199 North Main, Logan, UT

Right-of-Way Location:
A portion of the 2-rod wide field street described in Book B, Page 593, beginning from the West line of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 12 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian, and extending East approximately 820 feet.
Per addresses in Cache County, this vacation is located on 3200 North and runs from approximately 375 West to 275 West. Per addresses in Hyde Park, this vacation is located on 450 South and runs from approximately 1000 West to 900 West.
