- PUBLIC NOTICE The Herriman City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of an Ordinance at the meet-ing held on October 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, Utah, as follows: Ordinance No. 2026-19 amending the Olympia Master Development Agreement to Add a Definition for Affordable New Homes, Include Conditions Necessary to Comply with the Requirements of the Affordable Housing Infrastructure Grant Board, and Modify Certain Sections of the Development Standards.
